FAQ

What is Akeye?

Akeye is a flexible operations platform for keeping units, people, activities, reservations, messages, documents and custom operational data connected in one place.

Who is Akeye for?

Akeye is for organizations whose daily work involves teams, physical or business units, recurring activities, schedules, communication and operational records. The public guides focus on sports clubs, property management and business services.

Which industries does Akeye support?

The current public industry guides cover SPORT, PROPERTY_MANAGEMENT and BUSINESS_SERVICES. Akeye also uses flexible units, activity types and custom fields, so organizations with other operational models can discuss their requirements with the Akeye team.

How do Macro Units and Micro Units work?

Macro Units organize a larger operational context such as a team, property group or client portfolio. Micro Units represent the individual records managed inside that context, such as an athlete, apartment or customer case. Relationships can reflect how the organization actually groups its work.

Can Akeye manage activities and tasks?

Yes. Teams can create and schedule Activities, connect them to the relevant units, assign responsibility, track status and use notes or checklists where the workflow calls for them.

Can staff and teams collaborate in Akeye?

Yes. People can be connected to the units and responsibilities relevant to them, while messages and updates can stay attached to the operational context instead of being scattered across unrelated chats.

Does Akeye support reservations?

Yes. Akeye can organize availability, scheduled usage and reservation-related work around the relevant resource or unit. The exact reservation setup depends on the organization's process.

Does Akeye support documents?

Yes. Documents can be stored with operational records and related to the relevant organization, unit, activity or user context. Supported workflows can also use document metadata, expiry dates and reminders.

Does Akeye support reminders and notifications?

Yes. Akeye can notify the appropriate people about activity changes, reminders and other operational updates. Examples on the public site include training-time changes, client follow-ups and document-expiry reminders.

Does Akeye support billing or payments?

Billing and payment requirements should be reviewed for each organization. The public website does not currently present a standardized billing package or published pricing, so contact Akeye to confirm the current fit for your workflow.

Can sports clubs and coaches use Akeye?

Yes. The SPORT experience covers teams and athletes, training schedules, attendance, communication with players and parents, training insights, and athlete documents with expiry reminders.

Can Akeye be used for property management?

Yes. Property teams can organize accommodations or other property units, guest communication, work orders, cleaning checklists, check-in instructions and reservation-related operations.

Can Akeye be used by business service teams?

Yes. Business service teams can keep client and business-unit details, follow-ups, Activities, deadlines, responsibility and contextual communication together.

Is Akeye browser and mobile friendly?

Akeye's public experience and illustrated workflows are designed for modern browsers and responsive use across desktop and phone-sized screens. Discuss any device-specific or field-work requirements during a demo.

How can an organization request a demo or contact Akeye?

Use the contact form on the Akeye website or email [email protected]. Sharing your industry, team size, units or resources, current tools and the process you want to improve helps make the conversation useful.
