A useful athlete record is more than a name on a roster. Coaches need to understand who was connected to a training Activity and keep the resulting completion, late state, score or note in the same context.
Akeye supports that activity-level participation record while keeping athletes connected to their team structure. It gives the club a traceable operational view without claiming automated sports science or wearable-device analytics.

What the data means
Akeye records the values entered by authorized users; it does not manufacture sporting conclusions.
- There is no automatic wearable, biometric or match-statistics ingestion described here.
- A score is an organization-defined Activity value, not a universal performance rating.
- Visibility is relationship-based and does not expose unrelated athletes or internal staff details to parents.

Does Akeye have a separate attendance table?
The current workflow records participation on the relationship between an Activity and an athlete, including completion and late state. It is not presented as a separate generic attendance product.
What performance details can a coach record?
The Activity–athlete relation supports a score and note alongside completion and late state. Each organization decides how those optional values are used.
Can parents see every athlete in a session?
No. Relationship-derived Application User access is restricted to the athlete or athletes that the user is authorized to view.
