  • How to use calendar, table, filters and sorting
  • How to update details, dates, priority and status

  • How chat, checklists, photos, reminders and terminal states behave

Before you start

  • Sign in to the correct SPORT organization with a Staff / Coach membership.
  • Confirm the organization has the Activities feature enabled.
  • Use synthetic or appropriate organization data when practicing a write action.

Key concepts

Activities list
Shows activities assigned to you, created by you, or shared with you through an active activity conversation.
Team Calendar
Shows only your own Staff activity bucket alongside your checks and absences; it is not a team-wide expansion of the Activities list.
Linked athlete
An athlete related to the activity whose participation can be recorded separately.
Terminal status
Done or Discarded. Terminal activities no longer accept new chat messages or checklist changes.

Coordinate and finish the work

Use the activity's supporting tools without losing the boundary between modules.

  1. 1Open Activity chat to coordinate with the current participants; images can be attached to messages.
  2. 2Open Checklist to add tasks, optional assignees and due dates while the activity is not terminal.
  3. 3Use Add photo for activity images. Use the separate Documents module for stored documents because the current Activity window has no Documents panel.
  4. 4Expect the current assignee to receive the start reminder 15 minutes before a future scheduled activity through the in-app notification flow and available push delivery, not email.
  5. 5Prefer Discarded when the record should remain visible. Use Delete only for permanent removal, and choose carefully between one occurrence and an entire recurring series.

Permissions and important rules

Common problems

Common problemsWhat happens next
An expected team activity is missing.Confirm it is assigned to you, created by you, or that you remain an active participant in its activity conversation. Team membership alone is not enough.
The assignee selector says No matches. This is a current Coach UI limitation. You cannot complete creation or reassignment from this screen.
Classification has no options.SPORT classifications are not currently exposed. Leave Classification unchanged and use the SPORT Type field.
Chat or checklist changes are rejected.Check whether the activity is Done or Discarded. Terminal activities are closed to those changes.
A score is rejected.Use a whole or decimal value from 0 through 100, or leave Score empty.
You cannot find documents in the activity window.Open Documents from organization navigation; the current Activity detail has no Documents panel.
